Folks on Foot		Proceeds from Folks on Foot benefit Bridges' Mentoring Program, "Across Ages"
Folks on Foot is a 5K (3.1 miles) non-competitive walk or run from Fowler Field, Milford to Fort Trumbull Beach and back. The route is mostly flat and includes a rest stop with water and snacks.

Check In 10:30 AM; Start 11:00 AM

Fee: Adult: $12 pre-registration received on or before 9/12/2008; $15 after 9/12/2008; Children 12 and under accompanied by a registered adult $5 each.

For all registered participants: All registered participants receive an event tee shirt and a complimentary lunch served from 11:30 AM - 2 PM. Great prizes are yours for the taking from Tony's Bikes & Sports, Broad Street, Milford, CT when you get sponsors for your ride or walk.

Raise $200 - receive a $20 gift certificate from Tony's
Raise $350 - receive a $35 gift certificate from Tony's
Raise $500 - receive a $50 gift certificate from Tony's
Raise $1,000 - receive a free bicycle!

Folks on Spokes: Raise $75 or more and you have the option of having your entry fee refunded to you by mail.

Folks on Foot: Raise $50 or more and you have the option of having your entry fee refunded to you by mail.
